The facilities were top-notch, modern, and luxurious.
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, although a bit worn out and sparse, were very clean and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with knowledgeable and helpful staff who even welcomed us with delicious hot chocolate upon arrival. The location, overlooking Lake Nahuel Huapi and set in a pine grove, was amazing, offering a relaxing oasis and easy access to stunning views. The dining experience was delightful, with daily new suggestions and quality fresh fruit. The facilities were well-maintained, making our stay enjoyable.
I had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and offered an awesome view of the lake and mountains. I loved the small seating area by the large window where I could relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the stunning scenery. The service was outstanding, with staff who were incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations throughout my stay. The location was picturesque, nestled in a pine grove overlooking Lake Nahuel Huapi, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, with light and delicious options that made my stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and convenience of the hotel.
As soon as I entered, the fabulous view from the reception took my breath away, just like the one from our upgraded room. The rooms were very comfortable, but not as soundproof as I would have liked. They showed a bit of wear and tear, though. The service from the owners and their staff was exceptional – beyond friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about their work. They even helped us with car rental and gave us great recommendations. The location was a real gem, tucked away in a serene wooded area by the lake with mesmerizing views. Far from the busy city, it offered a peaceful retreat with plenty to explore. When it came to dining, the food was top-notch, rivaling that of a 5-star hotel, with a wide range of delicious options and daily specials. The facilities were impressive, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers spacious and modern rooms with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. The friendly and welcoming service stands out, providing a truly pleasant stay. The location is ideal for outdoor activities, although the dining experience may not meet all expectations.
The hotel is nestled on the banks of the lake in Bariloche, offering breathtaking views and a serene wooded setting. The rooms are simple yet gorgeous, with a small seating area by the large window perfect for enjoying the sunlight dancing on the lake. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, guiding me through Bariloche's attractions and assisting with tour planning. The dining experience was top-notch with a varied homemade selection, but it started a bit late for my liking. The facilities were modern and comfortable, enhancing my stay in this beautiful location.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the view of the lake was absolutely stunning. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the Wi-Fi had an additional cost. Overall, a great value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, offering a view of the Nahuel Huapi lake, were modest and could use some freshening up, yet they were clean and provided a comfortable bed. The service was exceptional with very helpful staff who went the extra mile to assist with recommendations, making the stay more enjoyable. The location, although outside of town, was breathtaking, surrounded by nature and providing access to great walks with exceptional views. The dining experience was superb, with plenty of savory options and incredible meals. The facilities were good overall, but there is room for improvement.
From the moment I stepped in and saw the fabulous view from reception which was also the view from my upgraded room, I was delighted. The cozy and big room was nicely decorated, with a very large and comfortable bed, and a great shower. The view overlooking the lake with the mountains in the distance was breathtaking.
The hotel offers a cozy and big room, nicely decorated with a very big and comfortable bed. The shower was great, and the room has a carafe for water. However, the rooms were simple and clean, lacking some extra amenities.
